the process

01.

Consultation

This can be done with a phone call or through email whichever you are most comfortable with where you can ask questions, voice any concerns you may have, and find out about pricing and packages we have available. It is also a chance for us to discuss the goals you have for your session and any special photos you want to achieve.

After connecting we will send out a questionnaire to ensure we can give you the best experience possible.

02.

Pre-Session Check In

The pre-session check-in will be an in-person meet and greet, video call via Skype or Facetime, or phone call if you wish.

The purpose of this is to go over last-minute details of your shoot, and the answers from the questionnaire to help your shoot be as enjoyable as we can make it. We will share ideas and visions that we have for the shoot, as well as welcome feedback.

Any special requests can be discussed at this point as well as outfits and specific poses you may want.

03.

Day Of Your Session

The big day! Come relaxed, and ready for the spotlight. Hair and make-up will be available at a later date.

We ask that you're punctual and show up on time so we can make the most of the allotted time slot.

04.

Post-Shoot Check In

Roughly two to three weeks after your shoot, we'll send out your gallery via e-mail or schedule an in-person viewing time, where you can pick your favourite images and choose photo packages. We aim for a quicker turnaround time however this is the baseline timeframe.

Curvy Boudoir Photos

Most clients are uneasy when it comes to their body image and, as a result, their boudoir session. Very rarely do we have someone who is completely comfortable in their body. We especially get a lot of questions from plus-sized women, inquiring about how their session will work. We’re here to answer your questions. And FYI, plus-sized boudoir sessions work the same as any other boudoir session! We are here to make you look and feel sexy no matter your size. Be proud of your curves!

If you need help picking out flattering clothing options, we can help with that. Once you get here, relax and let us be in charge of posing you to make you look your best. Different body types require different types of poses to accentuate your best features. It’s our job to know the right angles and poses to help you look your best. Let us know which of your body parts you love and which ones you don’t love so much.

Getting Rid Of Those Common Boudior Session Jitters!

We've heard common myths and fears from people about why they don't do boudoir. It's time to get rid of those fears once and for all!

We know it's intimidating to do something you've never done before. But in all honesty, there's nothing to worry about. It's normal to be too shy and nervous. Trust us. We, professionals, have been there once upon a time! It simply means you're out of your comfort zone. But being fearful and holding back will no allow growth. Don't waste your energy on what could go wrong, but instead, have trust and think about what could go right!

Another fear is... not having anything to wear. Come on! Now is the time to shop and have fun! If anything else, wear nothing; if being completely nude is comfortable. If not, then welcome to the no-pants club and bring your favorite oversized t-shirt! Remember, boudoir photographers can make magic happen with a simple bed sheet as well.  If you're worried about showing your body in front of a stranger (the photographer), here's my advice: A good photographer won't ever push you. If you aren't comfortable yet, we will recognize that and work with it. A good photographer will know how to break down those walls and have YOU feeling ready! If you think you aren't going to feel sexy, think again. You won't look ridiculous. With our guidance, you're going to look amazing

One of the most common and silly fears is caring what others might think. This is for you. You don't have the same mindset as everyone else, nor should you. Not everyone will understand why you want to do it. Don't live for others. Instead, live for yourself and don't limit yourself to what others might say or think.
